I have recently completed the Ideal Protein Plan at your store and I wanted to write to thank you for introducing me to the program which has been very successful for me. I have been employed in the health field for the past 37 years. I am a Registered Nurse and worked in the field of Public Health. I am extremely aware of how carrying extra body fat can interfere with your general state of health and how obesity is a growing epidemic here in Canada. Unfortunately, leading a very sedentary life style and making poor food choices, I put my health at risk carrying extra weight and was approaching middle age with some health issues. I came into your store last fall (Halloween actually) after reading your billboard advertising out the meridian. I introduced myself to Jayne and she proceeded to explain the program to me and encouraged me to try it out. I was skeptical at first as I had always been taught to eat a balanced diet so this was a new approach. Two to three weeks into the program, I felt great and the results were so exciting. I spoke with my physician and he was encouraging to continue doing what I was doing. It took me nine months to reach my goal weight. I didn’t lose weight quickly but it was consistent and I felt healthy the whole time. The results of my blood work were dramatic. My cholesterol / hdl dropped from 5.2 to 3.7. My triglycerides dropped from 3.03 to 1.22. My blood pressure is now 120/70 and it was bordering on 160/90. I am now learning how to maintain my new weight and introducing regular exercise into my lifestyle. Many thanks to Jayne for her support over the past nine months. I began to lose weight my very first week and have been consistently losing since then. Easy to follow, the food turned out to be very tasty and I often felt I was cheating while eating it. While very restrictive at the beginning, after a few days I wasn’t hungry and actually found the program quite satisfying, as I was eating foods that I enjoyed. As well, the support I received from Jayne was amazing. She was always there to answer even the silliest of questions and has been very patient with me. Thank you for that.
While I still have a little way to go, I have gotten rid of over 40 pounds of fat and lost over 40 inches off my body since the beginning of March, 2010. Never have I been this successful on a weight loss plan. Watching the scale move down each week is great motivation and I am learning how to eat healthier an make better food choices. I have more energy and even my skin feels better! I am so happy that I gave this program a try.

Hi Steve,
I like the program because it is very easy to follow, and for myself it limits me a little, which is a good thing. If I have too much to choose from I don't keep to it, but with this program I know that I have a breakfast, soup & salad for lunch and vegetables with a protein for supper. Sometimes I use the bar during the day, but I know that I have limits. As far as your Coaching, I think you do a great job and I wish you all the best with your goal for 2010. - Sonia
I am a sales consultant who works out of my car. Ideal Protein is easy to follow and convenient--the wide selection of ready-made drinks, puddings, and bars has allowed me to stay on track. So far, I have lost 35 lbs in 3 months! - Ira
Hi I'm Lori, and I won what I called the "biggest loser competition." That's me, I'm the biggest loser in 4 weeks. I started the Ideal Protein diet on Oct 1st and haven't looked back since. I am so impressed with the program, I look forward to it daily. I started the Fibre + program and lost 16 lbs in 4 months and in only 4 weeks on (the Ideal Protein) diet plan I have lost a whooping 17 lbs and (am) still losing.
I was really worried about my weight factor as it was climbing higher and higher. I had a thyroid problem which contributed to the weigh going on. I had tried many diet plans, slowing my eating, exercising, joined groups all to no avail. When I heard of this program, I thought the price would be too high for me to partake, but amazingly I found that the cost was not a factor. As I plan my weekly meals, I now buy less than I have before. It was easy to spend $70.00 per week going out for dinner because I was too tired to make meals or life was too busy to stop to make (a meal). Now because I have to plan my meals, it is easy and I don't talk us into going out to those costly restaurants. My family doesn't suffer because I just take my portion out and continue with any ingredients I can't have. The supper portion is quite a bit to my usual. One night I had some unexpected dinner guests and I prepared more pasta to compensate. Their plates looked so small compared to mine. I was embarrassed on the amount on my plate, I took some off and ate it later, when they left.
The energy I have is unreal. I can't remember when I last had this energy. I can wake up early, go all day and not feel tired till night. I used to need 2 cat naps in the day to get through and now I feel great till night.
The program is easy to follow, just stick to it, the hunger only come if you may have eaten something you weren't supposed to. I can look at my family eat ice cream, chip, chocolates, pastas, grains, etc and I am content with my meals. They are easy to make.
As of today I have now lost over 20 lbs and a total of 32 inches all around. I am so happy with myself. The results are daily. You can see the scale go down, which is my encouragement to stick to the meal plan. I feel like I would like to tell the world there is a program out here that does work, if you want it to. - Lori
